1.Pressure first, then clean
On BS6 bikes, key ON without starting. A healthy rail is typically 3–4 Bar. If pressure is already in spec and the bike still hesitates, pulse-clean the injector before replacing the pump.
2.Do not drive injectors from a raw battery
BS6 injectors need a pulsed driver. Connecting them straight to 12 V can burn the coil. Use the pulse mode on this kit, then inspect the spray pattern.
3.Match the coupler before you order
Hero, Honda, TVS and Bajaj fuel-rail fittings differ. Send a photo of the pump or injector socket on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
