MECSPOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Meespot — an online platform offering unique bike repair products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this platform.

3. Product Availability

All products listed are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Delivery Charges:

• ₹100 for nearby Telugu regions.
• ₹140 for distant locations if the product weight exceeds 0.5 kg.

Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, or other methods mentioned during checkout.

5. Offers and Discount

Discounts apply only when offers are live on the website.

No two offers can be clubbed unless specifically mentioned.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is only available in All over India

Delivery time is estimated between 3–7 working days.

Meespot is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellation is not available at the moment. Please place an order only if you are fully confident and satisfied with the product information.

In the future, we may introduce a cancellation option — customers will be informed once it becomes available.

Refunds are currently not provided as our tools are tested and guaranteed for performance.

However, if the product is found to be defective or damaged during delivery, we will replace the tool at no additional cost to the customer.

To request a replacement, the customer must email us with clear photos/videos of the damaged product at mecspot24x7@gmail.com

Our team will verify the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or perform fraudulent activity.
• Upload harmful content.
• Infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, and text belong to Mecspot and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Termination

Mecspot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if any breach of terms occurs.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically under Andhra Pradesh jurisdiction.
