How mechanics use this

1.Confirm feed at the tank plug
Key ON should show battery voltage at the pump coupler for about two seconds. No voltage = relay, fuse or main switch — not a new pump yet.
2.Pressure spec
Most Indian BS6 two-wheelers prime around 3–4 Bar. Below 2.5 Bar under load is when an assembly swap is justified.
3.Tank-top match
Send a photo of the tank plate and connector. 4-pin and 5-pin Activa plates are easy to mix up.
